Certificate 4 fitness course at Advanced Athletes Performance

The lads have almost finished their Cert 4 PT course. Below are a few images from today. They had to run a few circuits then listened to a Motivational Psychology Lecture from Rudy Pilotto ( Serious Consulting). Rudy was a very good distance runner who now runs a consulting business in OZ and OS. The boys then observed Eric doing some squats outside and the crew from Soul Fresh doing a core strength workout. Thus they had the full range of experiences in the course from taking kids circuits to power lifting to corporate fitness. And they watched Joshua Ross doing starts!

  1. I’m looking at doing a cert in fitness. Does Advanced Athletes Performance offer good quality training or something different from the usual course material that you might get at say a TAFE college

  2. Hi

We have set up a training centre for athletes from all sports and also relevant rehab needs. We cater for teams and groups also. Added to this we can service normal P/T & Gym services. Thus students doing the course can do their practical training in an environment of sports specific strength and conditioning. That is the point of difference since we own the centre so concentrate on all aspects of training technique and applied knowledge. Added to this we prepare students for normal gym/PT work and the variety of spin offs that we see now such as Crossfit.

    • That all looks very good and yes I’m in full agreement, they certainly would be better than a standard TAFE course. I live in eastern Victoria – Bairnsdale, so getting there might be a problem that’s the only thing that I could see that would be problem from my perspective.

  3. Fit2B Australia is a nationally Registered Training Organisation (RTO)

    E-mail: info@fit2b.com.au

fit2b is the company running fitness courses at 64 Oakover Road and thus has access to all sports specific training facilities and gymnasium facilities. A lot better experience than online courses and normal TAFE courses
